If you already have a PC that is always on and don't want to add another dedicated home controller appliance to your network then the Aeon Labs USB dongle is for you. The Z-Wave USB Stick (dongle) with internal battery connects a Z-Wave network to a PC using a USB port. This device will work with the standard Z-Wave protocol used with most software packages (not included) including Homeseer and mControl.
The product allows to control home appliances wirelessly using a Z-Wave enabled (AUS/NZ frequency 921.42 MHz) devices like: switches, dimmers, blind controllers, fans, power boards, locks etc.
